This soft, pure wool baby bonnet fits snugly around baby's head and has soft wool ties to secure the hat if needed.  The hat is made from lightweight, warm organic wool terry.  This is a great newborn item any time of year and is nice older babies on cool days.  

Cosilana's cozy woollens are made of only the finest, untreated organic merino wool.  Wool balances temperatures and can absorb up to a third of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp while letting the skin breathe.  Its high natural lanolin content has an antibacterial effect.  Usually, it’s enough to air out your woollens regularly and only handwash them from time to time at a max. of 30° C with a mild wool shampoo and lanolize them ocassionally.   Cosilana's woollens are made without chemical treatments (chlorine chemistry).  To avoid moth, please use lavender or cedar wood pieces.
