These coats are nice and warm and even repel a certain amount of water. I like the snug wrists on the sleeves and the lining in the hood. I can tell my kiddos will be getting a lot of wear out of these.

This is a near-perfect coat, and the 3rd time I've purchased it for my daughter. It's great for layering all year long. While I have bundled my child in a thick wool sweater under this coat for temps in the 20s and 30s, usually we have a more modern winter coat for the coldest temps and use this for about 35 and above. The only flaw is the cotton cuffs and cotton near the neck, both of which can get wet and cold—wish these were merino instead. Otherwise it's a great coat that really holds its value, stays clean looking (the purple color at least), and is warm and cozy. Will keep buying for sure.

These are the best winter coats!! We are on our second set (had to get bigger sizes as the kids grew). They are warm yet thin enough so they aren't bulky (makes a huge difference trying to get my chunky monkey buckled in the carseat!). They really do resist dirt and smell which is extra needed for my daughter with special needs who drools a lot and my other daughter who seems to attract messes. These are also great at keeping the kiddos dry for outside play in the snow. Love the quality of the coat as well. The buttons have held up even with my daughters pulling on them every time they want to take the coats off. I will continue to get these until my kids outgrow the biggest size!!

We love Disana and were so pleased with this purchase as well. Durable, great wool jacket. I always size up and my children wear them for several years and we pass them down. Love this brand!

I love these coats. I bought both of my kids (infant and 3 year old) these coats two years ago. My baby grew out of hers so I just bought her a new one. My now five year old is on his third year of wearing his. They run really big, but I like that since they can wear them a few years. Definitely worth the price. We wear them all the time. They are thin enough to wear in the car seats, nice enough to wear to church, or just out and about, and warm enough to wear out to play. The only time we don’t wear them is in the snow. When we tried that my sons got all wet and took days to dry. They probably could be lanolized and worn out but I haven’t tried that. Will probably be keeping my kids in these forever lol. I also have the adult version my husband and mom bought me for Christmas after I bought the kids theirs. We love them!

Purchased the bordeaux in size 12/24 for our almost-two year old. Fits beautifully with room to grow this winter. Gorgeous jacket! The wool is so soft and I love the elongated back panel to keep little bums warm. So glad I took a leap and tried this coat. I suspect it will be a perennial cold weather staple in our house.

Ordered size 86/92 (12-24 mo) for our ~10 month old daughter to start using this fall for a Waldorf-style daycare. It's July, so she will be 1 when she starts wearing it. I was a little bummed that this jacket doesn't come in red like the old one, but we got bordeaux and I love it! We got the Disana boiled wool hat in gold for a Gryffindor-like theme :D I perused the Disana instagram account for some inspiration before deciding (helpful to see the different colors on kids).
We tried it on her for size and while it is very big, we rolled up the sleeve cuff once and it seems perfect with her fingers just sticking out. I went back and forth between this and the old style jacket, but glad we went with this one with the cuff. It will be nice to have when she's bigger to keep out snow, and it's actually really cute rolled up with the cuff material on the outside! The jacket is quite long right now, but will be nice to keep her warm. I was between this size and the 6-12mo, but happy we went with this one so she can wear it for at least a couple years. We plan to have future children wear it as well, and then pass it on to their kids too!
The material is nice and light, but I know it will be super warm in the winter with some nice wool layers underneath. The buttons have just the right amount of resistance too, so I don't foresee having trouble putting it on/taking it off frequently. Love this coat!!

I love Disana wool products, including this coat. It runs large, like the other Disana pieces I've bought. The sleeve cuffs and long tail are nice features.

We love all Disana products. We use the walkoveralls and the jacket and couldn’t be more satisfied with it. I can only recommend the products!
