I've purchased a few of these suits over the years for my little one. The suits run very big (check the measurements on the size chart; don't go by age), and also last a long time, usually at least 2 years of growth. For wet/extremely cold weather (I live in the NE US), it works well to pair the wool suit with a waterproof shell suit on top; I think this keeps babies/toddlers/preschoolers warmer and allows better mobility than a more traditional insulated snowsuit, and is often what I see recommended for outerwear at the local forest kindergartens where we live.
