This little shirt is great. The 3-6 month size fits nicely with room to grow for my 4 month old, who is 25” and almost 13 lbs. It is very soft and keeps him comfortably warm in our cool house. We switched to wool because he spits up so much that we were going through 3-4 cotton shirts a day, as they would be soaked and stinky after one good spit up (even with a bib on). Because the wool repels moisture and odors, I can often just quickly wipe off any spit up that makes it to the shirt. Occasionally I need to give it a little extra scrub with a wet (water) wipe right away, but even then the slightly damp wool doesn’t chill him like cotton. Easy to hand wash too at the end of the day if it really got soiled. I have two wool shirts for him, and that is enough! It’s nice to not need a dozen outfits and still be constantly doing laundry anymore.

I am a big fan of the Engel wool/silk shirts. These and the Cosilana shirts are the base layers that my son wears all winter. I bought the 6-12 month size for my son who is 6 months, 16.5lbs and 67.5cm long. The sleeves are slightly long and need to be rolled up a little bit. The length is perfect and there is enough room to snap over a large cloth diaper. The wool/silk blend is so soft and does not irritate my son's sensitive skin. I love that these rarely need to be washed and are fresh after airing out overnight.

We love this bodysuit and had bought one when my son was born and my husband always preferred dressing him in this bodysuit over any other clothes we had for our son since it feels just so good, looks great, regulates body heat, easy to put on etc. We just bought another one now that our son is 7 month and always get comments on how cute it is. Surely a winner over any cotton bodysuits we have.
