All Little Spruce’s Grodo socks have been excellent for solving my daughter’s stinky/rash-prone foot problems. I searched everywhere for 100% cotton socks and these, at 98%, are the only ones she will wear without taking them off whenever possible ( too hot, Mom!). Plus the bright stripes and polka dots are nearly as desirable to her as the characters on the nylon or poly blends available in stores. After a year of these socks and a strict shoe rotation (no wearing the same pair two days running) she has no problems. Little Spruce’s prices are very competitive even factoring in shipping. The tags recommend hanging to dry (!) but I am too lazy for that AND I wash and dry all socks on hot (because of aforesaid stinky fungal issues) and have not found the socks to shrink more than one European size overall. I have just ordered enough for the next school year but the previous year’s are still going strong, no rents, fraying or drooping. I buy the 7/8 for my child’s US si ze 1.5 (and wash/dry before use). I’ve just ordered an adult pair and I wish I’d ordered more. Comfy and beautiful! Worth every penny!
